180g mozzarella cheese, at room temperature
200g grated mozzarella cheese
150ml heavy cream
8 tablespoons Caramelized Onion Perfect Choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut a circle in the bread, removing its crust. Carefully hollow out about half of the bread without breaking it. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, including the Perfect Choice Caramelized Onion.
Fill the hollowed-out bread with the mixture. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the bread for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with toast and Pita Crackers.
