Baked Italian Artichokes

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Perfect Choice Grilled Artichoke Halves
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  • needles from 2 rosemary sprigs (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the finely chopped rosemary and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Line an oven tray with parchment paper. Drain the artichokes and place them face up on the oven tray. Add a generous amount of bread crumbs and drizzle olive oil over them. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 390°F (200°C) or until they turn golden brown. Serve them hot.
